A coach will guide you to build the life you dream of by giving you a safe, non-judgmental space. Through tools such as behavioral analysis, NLP, active listening and reflecting, coaches will help you understand your patterns, triggers, limiting beliefs and emotional blockers so you can redesign your life and express your higher self.

Coaching focuses on your present and your future goals, while therapy focuses on your past… A therapist will focus on healing you from the past, while the coach will look at you as a whole, resourceful, and complete human and support you to go where you wish to be.

To be able to help everyone, I invented the One Freedom™ framework as a tool to help people understand their core freedoms and implement them in their life so they can reach a state of Freedom and Joy in their daily life.

All my sessions are unique and tailored to the needs of each client. The session duration is 60 minutes, during which I will coach you with Freedom as the cornerstone and different tools when needed. The sessions will end with defined next steps and, when needed, exercises for our next session.
